442 days have passed since the construction of the first Naviexpress ferry (BMA) started exactly 1 year, 2 months and 16 days ago. The first of two ships is launched on the premises of CGN SA in Lausanne.

The Shiptec team developed the vessel and assembled it in CGN SA's expanded shipyard. The deployment of the new vessels will massively increase the transport capacity between Lausanne in Switzerland and the two French cities of Evian-les-Bains and Thonon-les-Bains on the south side of Lake Geneva.

It will be a few months before the ship takes up its official course.
