The most important goal of our ISO 9001:2015 quality management is ensuring customer satisfaction. Our process management system is integrated into our processes and underpins the economical, quality-oriented behaviour of all those involved. We are constantly further developing this and therefore work towards continuous improvement.
As a welding company, Shiptec AG is qualified by DNV/GL to carry out welding work on ship hulls and mechanical engineering components, and is certified according to ISO 3834-2:2005 for the “fusion welding of metallic materials”.
Occupational health and safety are very important to us. We treat health and safety questions with the same priority as quality, productivity and profitability issues. Our employees are crucial to our success.

By getting the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification, we have decided to always use the optimal environmentally-relevant solution within the framework of the competitive environment and customer requirements.
At Shiptec, environmental management begins with the selection of suppliers. Wherever possible, we work with regional suppliers who meet ISO 14001 requirements. Our products are long-lasting, environmentally friendly and are always being further developed.
We care about nature. While carrying out our tasks, we take into account the important concerns of environmental protection and avoid environmental pollution.

Sustainability certification & reporting ‘esg2go’
Shiptec has been awarded the ‘esg2go’ label!
esg2go is a rating and reporting system developed from SME practice to measure, compare and present sustainability in a differentiated way. The aim is to improve efforts in three dimensions: environment (E), social (S) and economic stability (G) and to communicate them transparently.
The esg2go label awarded by the Swiss Association for Quality and Management Systems (SQS) guarantees the correctness and quality of the data recorded in esg2go, which is checked by the SQS in a multi-stage verification process.
