The Shiptec Professional 13 is a high-speed monohull boat specially developed by Shiptec, which is made entirely of marine-grade aluminium alloys. The boat is powered by two powerful Volvo Penta diesel engines with the latest POD drive technology. It is designed and built for use outside of coastal waters (category B). Special care was taken during the design and construction to ensure that the boat is comfortable to use in rough weather and strong swells. The wheelhouse is located in the mid-deck area to create the best possible working deck area behind and in front of the wheelhouse. The Shiptec boat is equipped with all the necessary components as standard to ensure safe and comfortable use day and night, during navigation time, according to the customer requirements.

The boat requires minimal maintenance and has a robust construction that ensures problem-free operation. The boat’s open deck areas are self-draining. Automatic bilge systems and manual drainage pumps are installed in each compartmentalised bilge room.

The ship was fully developed in Lucerne and is currently being built at the Shiptec shipyard.
